Got slow

It was fun for a bit, but then it just got..... slow. It was maybe due to my poorly angled slopes, but I found the levels took forever to complete. I ended up looking at my RSS feeds while the game ran in the background, building up enough sugar to roll to the cups, or build up a pile to drop in after reversing the gravity. And now I feel like there isn't much point in continuing. It was amusing for a bit, but had limited play time before I lost interest.

Very well done

the game was fun, challenging enough but not too hard, had some kick ass weapons, and had the distinctive madness feel to it. you guys really nailed it with this on. nice job.
I wasn't aware microsoft made an evil overload control base operating system. looks worse than vista =P

well, you know what they say...

"anything that is worth doing is worth overdoing," and you overdid the hell out of this game.

I notice games like this are becoming more popular: not hard, you can't lose, very simple, but still fun. They might get old eventually, but this was entertaining. Well done.

simple... yet complex

simple gameplay, simple graphics, simple idea, but lots of different possibilities and outcomes make this game interesting and fun to play. not for anyone who wants an intense or challenging game, but it is quite amusing to find the different paths one can take.

that was supposed to promote that bible?!

as far as point and click goes, that was quite good. It had a moving storyline, it had side games, etc. I had to use the guide more than i would like, but i am terrible at point and click

one question, though. I assume that you mean for this game to promote your religion, yet you portray the catholic as a homicidal lunatic, a potential rapist, and deluded by blind faith, which then portrays the bible in bad light. Also, you seem to be indicating that the bible foresees a coming apocalypse and the end of mankind in a gruesome Hollywood fashion. Not the best way to promote it to others i would think. what exactly did you have in mind for this game?

Maybe i misinterpreted your message, but you seem to be smashing on your own beliefs, here.

Very tranquil

There is no real way to "lose" this game. All you do is simply move your mouse around and touch some moving shapes with it. Oddly enough, that makes fora fantastic game.

While explosions and gripping fights are awesome, it is nice to have a game that is simple and calming. just sit back, relax, listen to the music, look at the pretty dancing shapes, and don't focus your eyes intensely at anything in particular. A great stress reliever.

being able to play music directly from your computer would be great, but not totally necessary. The game gets along just fine without that detail.

More of a work of art than a game

The first and biggest thing that this game has going for it is that it is bloody beautiful. All the graphics are detailed, smooth, and realistic (and shiny!). In my opinion, it is rare to see anything animated well when it is done as seen from above. Basically all of the animations are ridiculously smooth, clean, and generally pretty.

The actual gameplay is a bit lacking, however. The game has story, but you don't get too involved in it, and overall the game has basically no action. You only fight that one monster, and it is hardly a fight.

I did like the little bio things at the end, though. even if i couldn't find all 49 of the sprite droppings. I assume the last bio was on the sprites.

So pretty good job, i look forward to the next one (assuming there will be more). My main suggestion would be to add a bit more action other than running around and appreciating how cool everything looks.

Not bad

...but not great. It was mildly entertaining, but it had a few glitches (or maybe it was my comp) and it was pretty hard to tell when you should release your kick (meaning, where the "line" was. Should you kick it when it is at your feet? Touching your head? In the center of the bar thing?)

Other than that, no real problems. The animation was smooth and, although to game was very short and simple, it was entertaining for a while. Good job as always.

Pretty much if the ball has gotten passed Roger's fro, it's too late to swing. Check the info screen to see exactly where the area of attack is. Imagine that that's your paddle in a normal breakout game. I hope you get the hang of it. Thanks for the review!

Does it ever end?

I played until I have like 70000 points, and then my comp tried to do some other action and the game froze. Course by that my finger was really sore, anyway =P. is there any way to actually "win" or do you just keep going higher and higher? I was practically in outer space...

Pretty simple game, but it was very addicting and awesome!

Kind of like an interactive movie... that you lose

A few things that are not super realistic, like that people start panicking if the disease has no symptoms (but I guess that would make the game too easy), and tings like that. A lot of luck is involved, but there is certainly skill with the timing of mutations.
The overall game play is pretty simple, but I am still unsure of how all the natural disasters affect the disease.
I always ran into the problem of infecting the entire planet other then a few countries, but having those countries go into total quarantine until the rest of the planet dies off and I lose. =( It's funny when only one shipyard or airport is open so the ships and planes wander endlessly in circles. =P
Possibly have deaths that are not directly due to the disease. I doubt some small country could last very long if it is cut off from the rest of would and all related resources. Also, panic might break out in some countries that cause widespread destruction and death.
Not bad, but not particularly entertaining. Not too much interaction after a certain point. Just watch your virus spread, people die, and hope the governments don't close the borders, making you lose.
